Sean Foley earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to joining Elsberg Baker & Maruri, Sean served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Nardini of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Honorable Eric R. Komitee of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He previously worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where his practice focused on high-stakes white collar investigations, securities class actions, and complex commercial disputes.
