Spencer Hamersmith graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Pomona College. While in law school, Spencer was an Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review and externed for the New York Attorney General’s Office's Bureau of Internet and Technology. Most recently, Spencer served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bridget S. Bade of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
