Kateryna advises clients on complex commercial disputes, often with cross-border and civil fraud elements. Her background in both common law and civil law, along with her experience with court proceedings in ten foreign jurisdictions, allows her to effectively advise on such matters and develop novel strategies. Kateryna also has extensive experience in international arbitration under major arbitral rules, including under the auspices of the LCIA, SCC, ICSID, and PCA. Kateryna is qualified in New York, England and Wales, and Ukraine. At New York University School of Law, Kateryna was Prof. Linda Silberman’s research assistant. Her scholarly contributions include a recent publication in Oxford’s Arbitration International journal.
