Julie Han earned her J.D. and LL.M (IP Specialization) at University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was the Executive Editor for the Journal of Law and Innovation. Before that, Julie attended Sciences Po Paris where she earned a Master of International Management and Sustainability, and attended Beijing’s Tsinghua University where she earned a Bachelor of Laws and was a team finalist in the global round of the 17th Oxford IP Moot Court. Prior to joining Elsberg Baker & Maruri, Julie was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. While in law school, Julie was a litigation extern at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, where she presented arguments on behalf of an indigent pro se litigant before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and a student attorney at Detkin Intellectual Property and Technology Legal Clinic.
