Edgar’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts across the country—including corporate governance disputes, mergers and acquisitions disputes, commercial contract disputes, bankruptcy-related issues, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. He has also conducted internal investigations and represented high-profile individuals in connection with government investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Edgar served as a law clerk to the Hon. Claire C. Cecchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

• Currently representing Fairstead against a former executive in actions pending in the Delaware Court of Chancery regarding the proper interpretation of various limited liability company agreements.
• Blockchain Recovery Investment Consortium, achieving a settlement victory in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York whereunder Celsius Network agreed to implement alternative transaction with BRIC.
• Represented 26 Capital Acquisition Corp., led by Jason Ader, seeking specific performance of a merger agreement to consummate a NASDAQ listing of the Okada Manilla, a casino located in the Philippines.
• Currently representing the founders of Onyx Enterprises Int'l, an online car parts retailer, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, asserting breach of fiduciary duty arising from a SPAC merger.
• Currently representing Youbi Capital GP, a crypto related investment fund, and its principals in an action brought by putative shareholders alleging breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims.
• Represented executive officer of a pharmaceutical company in connection with government investigations.
• Represented board members of a pharmaceutical company in connection with government investigations.
• Represented a technology company in connection with an anti-corruption risk assessment and the design and implementation of an anti-corruption compliance program.
