Daria earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a Law Fellow and Senior Writing Fellow. Prior to joining Elsberg Baker & Maruri, Daria clerked for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Nathan A. Cook of the Delaware Court of Chancery and was a law clerk at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
