Bailey Bogle earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law, sat on the Executive Board of the Harvard Plaintiffs' Law Association, and competed in several moot court competitions, earning Best Brief at regionals in the National Moot Court Competition.
During law school, Bailey served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Julia Kobick of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York's Criminal Division and the ACLU's Capital Punishment Project.
