The American Lawyer recently named Elsberg Baker & Maruri in its Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs. The article reported that the Firm “fended off a request for a temporary restraining order from trading firm Jane Street in a trade secrets case against their clients—two former Jane Street traders and their new employer Millennium Management, respectively.” According to The American Lawyer, U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer agreed to set a “highly expedited schedule” in the case but found a lack of irreparable harm to Jane Street. The team is led by Rollo Baker, and includes David Elsberg, Brian Campbell, Kateryna Shokalo and Nicholas Martin.
