New York Law Journal Heralds Launch of Elsberg Baker & Maruri

NEW YORK – February 21, 2024 – In a January 31, 2024 article, the New York Law Journal heralded the launch of Elsberg Baker & Maruri comprised of trial, litigation and arbitration lawyers with the mission to establish the Firm as a top destination for clients who want a “powerhouse for aggressive, high-stakes commercial litigation.” The article focused on the Firm’s deep bench of experienced first-chair trial lawyers, quoting David Elsberg saying “[w]hat we’re going to be doing in particular is each partner is not just a trial lawyer but a lead trial lawyer, a true veteran lead trial lawyer… That’s unusual at any firm.”
